Can you take at least 5 minutes for yourself today?

Not sure how to switch off or find the time to? How about going for a walk outside during your break, spend some time reading a book, do a guided meditation via your phone app (I would recommend Calm), or some exercise? Try it, even if it's just for 5 minutes and see how you feel. I'm going to do just that right now.
